During the COVID19 pandemic, Palm Medical Group remains open and is taking every precaution to make your visit safe.
Palm Medical Group has two locations, conveniently located in the Southwest and Northwest part of Las Vegas.
Your Referral to Palm Medical Group
When your primary care provider refers you to our practice, we will ask their office to send or fax us your medical records as they relate to the reason for the referral. We will communicate with your referring provider after your first visit and periodically after that.
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. If you cannot make your appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice to avoid a $50 fee.
The patient portal of the electronic medical record allows patients to send documented messages to the medical assistant or provider. The portal allows a patient to send requests and communicate electronically.
If you need a prescription refill, please either use the patient portal or contact your pharmacy and they will fax/call our office. This process allows our physician and pharmacist to review and complete your request more efficiently. Patient confidentiality is carefully maintained with the utmost respect for your privacy. Information regarding your medical care will not be released to anyone without your signed consent.
Fees and Insurance
Our office is a participating provider with most major health insurance plans. Please be sure to bring your insurance card to each office visit. Your “copay” and portion of the bill not covered by your health insurance are expected to be paid at the time of service. It is your responsibility to make sure your bills are paid in a timely manner. As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claims.
